Emergency Preparedness Training
Fire & Emergency Response | Training Programme

Readiness is a condition, not a document.

Emergency preparedness covers the state a site must actually be in — equipment available and serviceable, people who know their role, and routes that are clear.

Overview

An emergency plan describes what should happen. Preparedness is whether the site could actually do it today: equipment in place and serviceable, people who know their role, and routes that are clear.

That condition wears off quietly. Extinguishers expire, signage fades, wardens move on and the assembly point becomes a parking area. This programme teaches people to check readiness day to day and to test it through exercises rather than assume it.
