The company's core focus spans industrial first aid, working at height, industrial safety and EHS training, supported by safety consultancy that extends from risk assessment through to infrastructure planning and audits.
Eduforce has adapted its delivery to how people learn now — adding e-learning platforms, virtual reality simulations and augmented reality training modules alongside the practical, hands-on training that remains at its core.
Alongside commercial work, Eduforce runs community initiatives providing free safety workshops and disaster preparedness training to underserved communities.

Eduforce began with an observation drawn from the industrial scenario and a market survey: the safety factor and industrial work culture were poor, and as a result the accident and risk ratio was extremely high. At the same time, safety awareness and education were near the baseline.
The founders formed Eduforce as a platform to change that — to bring about a wave of revolution in the world of safety, to improve safe working conditions and methodology, and to raise safety literacy across the workforce.

Working at Height & Confined Space training simulator
Eduforce operates a multi-equipped Working at Height and Confined Space training simulator on the Mumbai–Nashik Highway, described across its company documents as Asia's tallest. The tower stands 45 feet, with purpose-designed confined spaces at 25 feet, so scenarios can be rehearsed at realistic scale.
Residential in-house training
For in-house programmes, Eduforce provides accommodation on campus with full amenities and multi-cuisine food, so teams can train residentially.
