Safety culture is set by what leaders tolerate, not by what they say. It is shaped by what a supervisor does on seeing an at-risk act, stopping the job or looking away because the schedule is tight, and by whether someone who stops a job for safety is thanked or blamed.
This programme develops the behaviours that set a team's expectations: visible commitment, consistency and the willingness to address a shortcut when it appears. It sits alongside Behaviour Based Safety, so the people who set the consequences understand the mechanism too.
